职位要求:
1. 设计相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有3年以上相关工作经验。
2. 熟练掌握Adobe全家桶。
3. 熟悉Figma，包含Auto Layout等功能。
4. 优秀的审美能力和创意思维，能够将抽象概念转化为具体设计方案。
5. 良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力，能够有效跨部门协作。
6. 对国际设计趋势敏感，能迅速适应变化的市场需求。
加分项:
1. 拥有游戏设计相关经验。
2. 能够使用英语开展工作。
3. 对Web3有深入了解。
4. 具备绘画或3D模型创作能力。
