职位要求：

3. 拥有良好的数据库设计和操作经验，熟悉SQL和NoSQL数据库。
4. 具备优秀的问题解决能力和扎实的计算机科学基础。
5. 加分项：了解Web3技术或有Solana智能合约开发经验。
6. 加分项：有AI领域业务开发经验者优先。
