职位描述

Nomad Capital is looking for a dynamic and visionary Branding and Growth Marketing lead for our overall marketing efforts and to drive the growth of our portfolio companies. This role will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our portfolio companies, engages the community, and drives user acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a crypto-native marketer with a proven track record in startups, building brands, and executing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Brand Narrative Development: Define and communicate each project's unique value proposition as a pioneer in their perspective sector. Position the brand as a leader in the crypto space, differentiating it from competitors.
* Community Growth & Engagement: Develop and manage community engagement programs, such as social, referral or loyalty systems, to incentivize early adopters and retain active users.
* Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners, crypto-native investors, whales, and institutional players.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and targeted advertising. Drive product adoption through creative and data-driven campaigns.
* Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business development teams to execute cohesive GTM strategies for product launches and token generation events (TGE).
* Social Strategies: Optimize and scale high-impact marketing channels together with Social Media Lead such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and more.
* Partnerships & Thought Leadership: Identify and foster strategic partnerships with other protocols and projects to amplify brand visibility and user rewards.

Requirements
* Crypto-Native Expertise: Deep understanding of crypto culture, blockchain technology, and the crypto ecosystem. Active engagement in crypto communities (e.g., Crypto Twitter, Discord, etc.).
* Proven Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing in startup environments, brand building, and community engagement, preferably in crypto or Web3. Track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies. Analytical skills to interpret on-chain metrics and optimize campaigns.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
* Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to simplify complex crypto concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred
* Experience leading marketing efforts through a Token Generation Event (TGE).
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma) to support content production.
* Previous leadership roles in crypto marketing or as a founder with a strong marketing focus.
* Technical knowledge of on-chain analytics and metrics.
