Oversee end-to-end HR processes for the overseas operations team, including recruitment, onboarding, role allocation, training, and other personnel-related matters.
Manage job postings, recruitment channels, and applicant tracking while optimizing hiring strategies, processes, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze recruitment challenges, propose improvements to policies and workflows, and prepare recruitment reports.
Conduct pre-employment assessments and screenings, organize and execute hiring plans, facilitate interview coordination, manage employment contracts, handle personnel documentation, and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
Coordinate pre-employment training programs as assigned by functional departments.
Assist leadership in enforcing company policies, ensuring compliance, monitoring attendance records, and supporting policy updates and implementation.
Organize company meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and lead discussions when necessary.
Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure proper implementation.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, workplace relations, and conflict resolution.
Conduct compliance and quality reviews related to the company’s product platform.
Provide executive support to the CEO on HR-related and administrative matters as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Native-level proficiency in English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, with at least 1 year focused on recruitment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment policies.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
