Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, capacity planning and troubleshooting of internal systems to ensure their stable operation.
- Responsible for developing automated tools to reduce operation and maintenance workload, quickly and accurately locate faults, and speed up recovery.
- Improve quality monitoring, supplement performance data, delay data, and continuous optimization.
- Participate in operation and maintenance duty, quickly respond to system failures and emergency demands.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science, electrical & communication engineering, etc., good communication skills in both Chinese and English (written).
- At least 5 years of operation and maintenance development experience, proficient in at least one programming language, such as go.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and safety awareness, teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in planning, leading design, deployment, security and operation and maintenance of server cluster systems.
- Familiar with the configuration and management of major services and software in the Linux environment (including but not limited to Web services and cloud services).
- Master the monitoring technology and solutions of operating systems and applications.
- Experience in large-scale cluster application operation and maintenance, such as cloud host management and network adjustment.
- Familiar with scripting language programming and operation and maintenance development capabilities.

- Financial background, such as fund or exchange, expertized in docker, trading operation and maintenance direction.
- Experienced in high high concurrency and maintenance support.
