Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the establishment, clearing and other full-cycle operations of on-chain fund products, including but not limited to fund issuance, trading and third-party partners both in settlement and process optimization.
- Responsible for daily operation monitoring of the fund, including but not limited to fund transfer, investor redemption/withdrawl management, information disclosure and ensuring product compliance.
- Coordinate custodian institutions (such as Ceffud, etc.) and R&D teams to maintain fund capital flow, asset safety, income distribution, multi-party co-management mechanism, and promote product optimization and iteration.
- Assist in discovering/monitoring potential risks in fund operations, and provide suggestions on risk control strategies, to ensure on-chain operation compliance.
- Assist in the opening of user accounts (CEX, DEX), KYC review and fund security management, to ensure the transparency and security of the transaction process and healthy user communication mechanisms.
Job Requirements:
- Master degree or above, major in finance, mathematics, economics, computer science or blockchain technology, and good English and Mandarin skills, both spoken and written.
- At least three years experience in fund operation, familiar with/have experience in US dollar fund operation, including but not limited to fund structure and client account management.
- Highly sensitive to market fluctuations, on-chain security and compliance risks, and be able to respond quickly and send feedback.
- Skilled in user psychological analysis, and familiar with fund product operation process management.
- Understand blockchain underlying logic/smart contract, custody or on-chain clearing settlement mechanism, with Defi or digital asset management experience.
- Good logic, communication, cross-team cooperation and learning abilities;
- Results oriented, with good analysis and feedback ability.
Bonus points:
- Love/familiar with Web3 Defi financial projects, such as funds, quant.
- Successful clients growth cases.
- Expertised in Layer 2 technology or related research.
